I know it’s been a while since my last post. Don’t worry. I haven’t stopped eating and wasted away. I have just been eating less-than-extraordinary things and their unremarkableness, for the most part, has been well, not shareworthy.
Tonight for dinner, cheese on toast. Which, if you anticipate your regular cheddar and whole wheat, would certainly be unremarkable. But, it’s me, so it was Brie on fig anise bread from Terra. The topping? Fresh, organic strawberries, and to finish it off, strawberry, fig balsamic reduction from Nonna Pia. I’ll have to dig out the cambozola and do it all again tomorrow 😉
