Italy in a bottle. Oh, and breakfast.

This bottle, I managed to get my hands on from the Vancouver International Wine Festival. A wonderful anomaly where winemakers bring their wares and sell unlisted labels in speculation of importing to Canada. BCLDB sets up shop and the world is in our backyard. This extra dry cuvee came from a wonderful Italian winery that is apparently a part of one of the most expensive vineyards in the world, at 1,5 million Euro a hectare. Delicious, light and fruity but still a bit dry. Worth the trip, to be sure.
And a fruity breakfast of French toast, blueberries and raspberries was the lovely accompaniment.
